I'm Helen, an experienced reflexologist trained by the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) in the Original Ingham Method®. Alongside traditional foot reflexology, I have continued to develop my expertise through specialist training, allowing me to offer a wide range of treatments tailored to you.
Whether you're looking for time to relax and unwind, support your overall wellbeing, or explore a specialist form of reflexology, my aim is to provide a calm, welcoming and highly personalised treatment experience.

Since qualifying, I've continued to expand my knowledge through extensive professional development and specialist training. This allows me to offer a wide range of traditional and specialist reflexology treatments, with each treatment personalised to the individual.
I'm a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), fully insured and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that different areas of the feet, hands, and face correspond with different areas of the body. Using gentle pressure and specialized techniques on these reflex points, reflexology offers an opportunity to slow down, switch off, and enjoy a deeply relaxing treatment tailored entirely to you. Fees
Choose from a range of foot, facial, hand, cranial, ear and specialist reflexology treatments, with appointments available from 20 minutes to 2 hours.
Treatments range from £25 to £89, depending on the treatment and duration you choose. Full prices are shown on each treatment page and when booking online.
All appointments are personalised to you, giving you the freedom to choose the treatment and length of time that best suits your needs.
Payment: Card payments are accepted at your appointment.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Full cancellation terms can be found in my booking policy.
